Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

 

Course Registration/ Deposit

Within reason Course Registration/ deposits are fully transferrable to all courses, workshops and private sessions facilitated by Talitha, for a period of 12 months from the date the deposit was received, Refunds on Registration Fees/ Deposits will not be provided.

 

Balance of Course Fees

The balance of course fees minus the deposit can be refunded in full up to 14 days before the course/workshop for change of mind / change of circumstances for all courses and workshops taught by Talitha.

In the event that a person is unable to attend a course/workshop taught by Talitha the course fee is transferrable to a subsequent course and/or another person. It can be used anytime within the next 12 months from the date of deposit paid (subject to a place being available) provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, or a medical certificate is provided for a medical condition preventing participation on the course dates.

 

Cancellation within 14 Days will attract the following fees

7 - 14 Days cancellation fee will be 30% of the payment made.

1 - 7 Days cancellation fee will be 50% of the payment made.

On the day of Course commencement cancellation fee will be 100% of the payment made except in extraordinary or exceptional circumstances.

 

Notice of inability to attend a course must be given in writing with your contact and enrollment details and emailed to Talitha. In the unlikely event that a course/workshop taught by Talitha is cancelled you will be given the option of receiving a full refund on your deposit and any course fees that have been paid or transferring your deposit/course fees to a subsequent course/workshop taught by Talitha.

No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced.

 

Please Note: If attending a course Evolve With Thetahealing are hosting, The Terms and Conditions for the Course Fee* are in accordance with the Guest Instructors rulings. The Course Registration/ Deposit* is as stated above.

Terms and Conditions for Private Sessions, Cancellations and Transfers.

Cancellation or transfer of a session is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled session date and time in writing with your contact & session details emailed to Talitha.

For cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your session date and time, your session fee (less a 20% administration fee) will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session. For cancellations made 6-24 hours prior to your session date and time, 50% of your session fee will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session. For cancellations made within 6 hours prior to your session date and time, your full session fee will be non-refundable.
